Great work..... Great work great employees great staffing get to the point of the problem and solve it on the quickness.. car was only there for a couple days and they diagnostic the problem I'm so happy with them I will bring my car in there again and refer people to them. If you need to trust somebody with your European car that's the first place you need to go to in Huntsville.

Lydia & Ryan have started this place from the ground up, and are the type to give it to you straight.. which is exactly what I want from an automotive place! We called them about an issue that started on my mom’s 2017 Nissan Titan that we needed to get fixed ASAP. They took us in just 30 minutes before closing time without any hesitation or complaints. Michael works in the shop and is an ASE certified mechanic that we have followed to just about every shop he has worked at because he is just that good at what he does. He is one of the only ones that we trust with our vehicles. Everyone at Icon worked together to make sure that my mom’s truck was in and out and had it done by lunch time the next day so that she didn’t have to go without a vehicle. They are all great people, and great at what they do!

I brought my modified VW, which sits quite low, into Icon Autoworks for a specialized alignment to accommodate my aftermarket parts. They handled the custom specs perfectly and delivered excellent results at a very fair price. I highly recommend them for anyone needing precise, professional work on performance vehicles.

My daughter’s BMW X3 shredded the serpentine belt. Ryan and his crew had the car fixed and ready to go the next day! Fast and affordable, if you have a European car then you know how the cost of repairs can add up quickly. Knowledgeable and professional through the entire repair experience. Even got me an awesome deal on some new tires too and I took it back a couple days later and had those installed as well! Highly recommend Icon Autoworks.

We drove an hour to get here because it’s difficult to find a shop that will both stretch tires and perform an alignment on lowered cars. The team was very accommodating to my sons and me, and they got us in and out quickly while doing great work. We truly appreciate the excellent service and professionalism. Had an excellent experience with Icon Autoworks for an alignment. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the findings and the corrective work that was performed.
They provided a detailed before-and-after alignment report, clearly communicated the results, and answered follow-up questions promptly. It was refreshing to work with a shop that values transparency and customer service.
For EV owners in the Huntsville area, it's great to have a capable local option for alignment work instead of making the long drive to a manufacturer service center.
Highly recommend Icon Autoworks and will definitely use them again in the future.

Ryan and Lydia are top notch people, and their team is awesome. As someone who typically does all their own work, they are the only people in town I trust to take the keys when it's something I don't have the tools/equipment for or don't have the time. Highly recommend
